"SAVUR" THE NEW SCHLOSS RESTAURANT "Savur" is a Romansh term that means "taste". So we wanted to call the restaurant of Hotel Schloss to pay tribute first of all to this land, so rich in culinary tradition and culture, especially at the table. But the "flavor" is also that of the dishes of our Italian chefs, who together with the starred Andrea Ribaldone, have studied tasty dishes and menus, in perfect harmony between local culture and Italian touch. Next to dishes more openly inspired by the Engadine tradition, there are the "Italian classics", the richest and most savory, to bring the best of our country to Switzerland, accompanied by prestigious wineries, both local and French and Italian. Our restaurant offers à la carte service, with daily menu and traditional menu.
